This ADR Talk will address the status of mediation in England and how it is encouraged by the Courts as part of their alternative dispute resolution strategy within the English jurisdiction. Thereafter the practicalities of a mediation will be discussed, both from lawyer’s as well as a litigation funder’s perspective.
